A sitemap is created before the interface design begins. The sitemap is a visual representation of all the pages in your site and how they relate to one another. This ensures the information is presented in a logical manner with navigation that makes sense.
Wireframes
Wireframes are usually created with a pencil on old fashion grid paper. It provides a detailed representation of the pages on the site. This allows you to see the site and how it will layout before the interface design begins. Wireframes don’t address design, they indicate functionality and helps group like content into segments that are easily understood by your customer.
User Experience
How will the user interact with the site? Is there a better way to deliver this information? How efficient is the site at communicating the companies message?
